Jaundice...

13th November 2009 - On the 4th day of the arrival of baby lucas, a few nurses from Pusat Kesihatan came by to check the baby and the mum. Mummy was all Ok besides of a little high blood pressure due to lack of sleep. However, baby was suspected of having jaundice. Everyone in the family was really worry. Daddy without thinking twice, sent baby lucas for check up together with mother in law. As he is having 14mg/dl, therefore, daddy was advised to send the son for admission at Hospital Teluk Intan. Not long after, the wife received call from hubby saying, she is required to be with the baby for breastfeeding. The wife immediately pack her stuffs and waited for hubby to come home.

As she was in the hospital, the baby was still under the care of nurses and doctor. She went into the baby ward, and check out her little son. The son was crying out loud lying under the UV light, and her heart was in real pain. Again, she couldn't hold her tears. She was weak, hubby was holding her. Parent in law were back home for a rest as they are already tired of running upside down.

At government hospital, all the mother are advised to breastfeed and bottle feed is not allow. Therefore, mummy was ask to go into baby's ward to breastfeed her son. There after, baby lucas fall asleep and back to the care of nurses and doctor. While the husband and wife waited outside of the baby ward, both decided to make a move home, to get a warm bath and rested before coming back to hospital...

Parent in law were shocked seeing both the couple at home, while the baby was left in the hospital all alone. They were shocked, disappointed and sad with the both couple's decision to come home by leaving the dear grandson alone at hospital....
