The arrival of Tan Lucas

It's totally a life changing experience for the couple. Their biggest day seems to change from one to another. It's no longer their own birth date as the most important day, ain't the day of their graduation, and neither the day they started off their relationship. The most memorable day and eventful for the both, is the day of their marriage and the arrival of their son-Tan Lucas.

10th May 2009, the couple tied the knot. It wasn't a big celebration, wasn't the grand wedding dinner at the cruise, wasn't any wedding of a fairy tale story. Indeed, it's a celebration of LOVE. The love that they have build, the love that make them stay together regardless of any objection. Rumours escalating everywhere, but yet, they are still staying at each other arms. They are very thankful about all the bad things happened. As this shown, their love is true. The most of all, they have trust on each other, no matter how badly the rumours escalate on here and there.

On the very good morning of 10th November 2009, the couple was really exciting to welcome their son. Wife was having sleepless night. Besides the couple, the parent in law too, was very exciting. Everyone woke up at 5am. Get ready, and they start the journey to Hospital. It just took an hour drive to arrive. Getting admission done, and there they go into the maternity ward at 7am. The wife was first enter the labour room. Hubby and mother in law stay outside to wait for everything to settle. Wife change into labour dress. taken off everything, from jewellery till the under garment. She couldn't control her emotion. Getting more and more nervous on each second passing by. Midwife invite the husband to the labour room. And not long after, the wife was sent to operation room. The husband was ask to change into operation dress as well, covering the whole body inclusive of his hair.

While waiting to fetch into operation room, the wife burst into tears. Very nervous yet very excited. She feels really good with the company of her hubby. Comforting her and trying his very best to calm her down. The waiting just last for about 20 minutes. And she was fetched into operation room.

The process of c-sec begin.

1) 2 injections at the back - anaesthetic which is to number the half body & pain killer which will last for 2 hours after injection.

2) Lying down on the operation bed

3) Foot started to get numb

4) Hubby came into operation room sitting next to the wife, holding her hand tighly.

5) Dr ooi started off the operation.

6) In less than 30 minutes, wife and hubby can hear a baby cries ! ....Tan Lucas is out from the womb to see the world at 1022 am on 10th november 2009 !!! ....

7) Midwife brought the baby to mummy, and the first kiss was given by mum seconded by dad ! ....

8) Hubby was send out from the operation room.

9) The wife was left alone for about 1 hour for heartbeat, & blood pressure monitoring in ensuring everything is normal before sending back to the ward.

10) After the stability period, the wife was sent back to the ward. =)

....The whole process took less than 2 hours to complete ! ...
